Construction of a new BMTA Maintenance Shed – including the installation of a rising main sewer, reclaimed water lines, and new mains water lines from the existing club house through the existing landfill site.
The service trench works involved extensive civil works to install a clay capping layer to the underside of the service trench in order to satisfy the environmental requirements for working on landfill sites.
The new Maintenance Shed includes a toilet and shower, a large storage area, a wash-down bay, an irrigation pump room, and a 150,000 litre water storage tank to supply irrigation water to the clubs pristine football fields.
