This project entailed the construction of a new building that was centrally located on the site alongside the refurbishment of three existing buildings.
The works were completed in a live operating environment, with three separate community groups continuing their activities throughout the construction period.
Careful staging, coordination, and communication were implemented to prioritise safety, minimise disruption, and maintain site accessibility for the community. This project has a value of $1.275M.
