Construction of a new structural steel maintenance building and low set fuel store with a refueling area for earth moving equipment. Includes Colorbond cladding and roofing.
Half of the building is lockable for chemical storage with the second half set up with two fuel pods for refueling equipment. The new maintenance building has a 27.6kw solar power system, office, lunchroom, kitchen, meeting room, toilets, showers, a data room, store room, large tool room, outdoor eating area, and an undercover high bay drive through area.
The site is fully fenced for security and all external pavement areas are fully concreted. The construction of both buildings was finished approximately 1.5 weeks ahead of the program.
