New Farm Engine Room Refurbishment

The now Heritage listed New Farm Engine Room building was originally built in 1908 to house two ammonia compressors that provided refrigeration to the dock cold rooms. Now it houses a coffee shop and new public toilet facilities due the refurbishment in 2017. The Construction included new compliment access ramps, New commercial kitchen, Ambulant and disabled toilets and new deck and a coffee shop. Project value $907,600.
