Design and construction of a new Manual Arts Facility and the demolition of the existing Manual Arts block.
The facility is a double-storey build complete with eight classrooms, a construction court, a staffroom and amenities. This project included the supply and install of the workshop machinery including the relocation of old machinery from the existing Manual Arts building, and the purchase of new lathes, milling machines, welders, and work stations. This project was completed over an 8 month period to a value of $4.2m.
