This project consisted of a purpose-built amenities facility designed to accommodate sports club patrons.
The scope included the provision of a fully compliant disability access, a dedicated PWD toilet, and ambulant cubicles. The project enhanced overall capacity for both male and female amenities, incorporating additional urinals and a dedicated cleaner’s area.
The structure was constructed using solid blockwork, with finishes and architectural detailing designed to compliment and integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure. This project has a value of $798,000.
