Design and construction of new Manual Arts Facility and demolition of existing Manual Arts block. Facility is a two-storey build complete with 8 classrooms, construction court, staffroom and amenities. Included the supply and install of the workshop machinery including the relocation of old machinery from the existing manual arts building and the purchase of new lathes, milling machines, welders and work stations.
