Construction of the new Environmental Centre and road upgrade works at Boondall Wetlands. Works involved extensive ground work, and the design and construct of concrete pile foundations due to ground conditions.
The final works involved an elevated building and decking, extensive carpark upgrades, and a full landscaping package. The project was completed in an environmentally sensitive area and all works were completed under precise environmental restrictions due to the location and cultural significance of the site. This project has a value of $3.4M.
