Construction of the new Environmental Centre and road upgrade works located at the Boondall Wetlands. Due to ground conditions, works involved extensive ground work and design and construct concrete pile foundations. The final works involved elevated building and decking, extensive carpark upgrades and a full landscaping package. The project was completed in an environmentally sensitive area and all works were completed under precise environmental restrictions due to the location and cultural significance of he site.
