For close to 15 years you have carried our all our maintenance work, both major and smaller jobs at our industrial buildings at Gilmour Place , Rocklea and Lever Street in Albion . There has been major work when our building (including the offices of 8 tenancies) was storm damaged and complete re-sheeting and roofing of another building. At Albion you modernised the exterior and major renovations to the office and boardroom to meet with the tenants requirements. There have been numerous jobs of smaller maintenance but your firm has done these with the same diligence. We have been more than satisfied with the building of our home at Pelican Waters. Much care and attention was given to every aspect of the Building. We have been impressed with the competency and thoroughness of the work done and importantly with the integrity and honesty you have shown. We particularly have been impressed with the cooperative attitude of the supervisors we have dealt with namely Brian Blindell and Steve Nielsen and the friendliness of the other staff members.
